Welcome to all new & returning college students in the Montgomery area: AUM, ASU, Huntingdon, and Faulkner University!

On behalf of the University Church of Christ, congratulations to all newly enrolled freshmen! To all returning students, congratulations on surviving another year and coming back for more.

About us

We're a group of college students from universities in Montgomery, AL united by our common faith in Jesus. We're focused on understanding the gospel deeply, living the gospel daily, and sharing the gospel with love and boldness.

When We Meet

Sunday: 9AM Bible study; 10AM worship; 5PM Home Bible Study

Wednesday: 5:30 College meal (fall/spring semesters); 6:30 Bible study

Summer Series: 6PM in Auditorium

College Intern

John Lay

John is a Senior from Mableton, GA majoring in Youth and Family Ministry at Faulkner University.

John is the president of Xi Chi Alpha and serves as a producer for chapel at Faulkner.

We're excited to have John begin his second year with us in Fall '23.

College Intern

Mackenzie Welch

Mackenzie is a junior from Mt. Juliet TN studying Health Science with an emphasis in physical therapy.

She is currently on the Softball team at Faulkner and an active member of Xi Chi Gamma. We're excited that Mackenzie has joined the team this semester!

College Minister

Andrew Kingsley

Andrew is originally from Ellijay, GA and has been the college minister at University since 2017.

Andrew & his wife Kana both graduated from Faulkner University and attended University Church of Christ during their time as students. After graduating from Faulkner, Andrew served as the Youth and Family Minister at the Ashville Road Church of Christ in Leeds, AL before coming back to University.

He completed an MA in Biblical Studies in 2017 and is currently teaching as a Lecturer for the V. P. Black College of Biblical Studies (Faulkner University).

Andrew and Kana are blessed with three great kids.
